You can use this type of brush for wet or dry face product such as foundation, blush or bronzer. This is the perfect brush for that airbrushed finish.
I'm not sure if you can see the actual effect on my pictures, but I'd still like to share it. :)
Apply your foundation with this brush in a stipple motion, just like dabbing it on your skin. And then, lightly blend.

This type of brush creates lots of lines when you use liquid foundation. Unlike stipple brush, it is easier to blend evenly on your face. I just use this E.L.F.'s Foundation Brush for applying concealer.
So there you go, Stipple Brush will give you a more flawless airbrushed look than the Foundation Brush. :)
